Whether you're just starting out or scaling fast, you can use all the premium features that best suit your business needs at no extra charge.
- Trial duration: All new users receive a 7-day free trial with premium features. The trial has a fixed expiry and cannot be extended or canceled from the admin panel.
- Extending or cancelling Trial: Contact AfterShip Support to request a trial extension or early cancellation.
- Post-Trial charges: There are no charges after the trial ends. All paid plans are currently free, and your account will automatically switch to the Free Plan with continued access to premium features.
- Payment method: No payment method is required to start or use the trial.
- Enterprise plan trial: To request a free trial of the Enterprise Plan, contact the AfterShip Sales Team with your requirements.
- Upgrading from Trial to Paid plan: No action is needed. Your account automatically switches to the Free version after trial. For branding removal or increased referral/affiliate links quotas, contact Support. For Enterprise upgrades, contact Sales.
