How to check referral history



Accessing referral history is super easy as you need to follow two simple steps:

Log in to your AfterShip Referral account
Go to Referral history to get a clear picture of how well your referral program is performing

You get well-defined data from the Referral history, which helps you understand the impact of your loyalty programs on the overall sales growth. We would like to give a small brief about the all the sections of the Referral history, although they are self-explanatory.



Metrics overview



Total advocates: It depicts the total number of customers, who have entered their email addresses to get the referral link.
Total referred customers: It sheds light on the number of new customers, who have made a purchase with the referral coupon
Total referral revenue: It shows the total revenue generated through a referral program
Total conversion rate: It shows the new customers who made a purchase out of the total number of people who clicked the invite link.

Apply filters



Referral history comes with easy yet effective filters that help you get your hands on the accurate data.

Search bar: Simply enter the email ID of the brand advocate in the search bar to check how many times he/she has referred your brand to others.

Date range: Select the data range to check the referral data on a daily, monthly, or yearly basis. Based on the criteria selected, define the starting and end date or select the exact dates on the calendar. The data will automatically narrow down based on the time range.

Sort data: It is set by default to Created at (newest first), which means you'll always see the latest referrals first. However, you can sort the data as you like by simply choosing any of the given options.

Created at (oldest first)Sorts referrals with the most oldest referred customers displayed at the top.
Referred customers (high to low)Sorts referrals based on the number of referred customers, from highest to lowest.
Referred customers (low to high)Sorts referrals based on the number of referred customers, from lowest to highest.
Today Displays only the referral data for the current day.
Referral revenue (high to low)Sorts referrals based on the revenue generated, from highest to lowest.
Referral revenue (low to high)Sorts referrals based on the revenue generated, from lowest to highest.
Revenue per customer (high to low):Sorts referrals based on revenue per referred customer, from highest to lowest
Revenue per customer (low to high)Sorts referrals based on revenue per referred customer, from lowest to highest
