Q. How to extend your trial plan?


AfterShip’s trial plan is limited to 7 days. Merchants cannot extend the trial from their end. If you need more time to explore AfterShip features, please contact our Support team. They will review your request and assist you with trial extension options, if available.


When you sign up for the first time, you’ll get a 7-day free trial with a pre-defined expiry date.


Q. How to cancel your trial plan?


Merchants cannot cancel the trial plan immediately from their admin. If you started a trial, it will automatically end after 7 days. To cancel your trial before the 7 days, please contact our Support team. They will process your request and confirm the cancellation.


Q. Will I be charged automatically after my trial ends?


No, you won’t be charged. All paid plans are currently free, so there is no automatic billing after your trial ends. When your trial finishes, you will be automatically upgraded to the Free version of our app where you can continue using all our premium features at no cost. To remove AfterShip Branding or increase the referral/affiliate links quota, please contact AfterShip Support.


Q. Do I need to add a payment method to start a trial plan?


No, a payment method is not required to start a trial plan. Since all paid plans are free, you can explore premium features without entering any billing information.


Q. How to request a Free Trial of the Enterprise Plan?


By default, you get a 7-day free trial with premium features. For a free trial of the Enterprise (ENT) plan, please contact our Sales team with your requirements.


Q. How to switch from a Free Trial to a Paid Plan?


AfterShip Referral’s paid plans are now completely free, giving you access to premium features and referral/affiliate link quotas at no cost. Once your 7-day trial ends, your account will automatically switch to the Free version, no need to upgrade or enter payment details. To remove AfterShip branding or request a higher referral/affiliate link quota, please contact AfterShip Support.
